Unity is a Reiki, Soundwork, and Energy Practitioner who helps her clients achieve balance, inner peace and wellbeing through her Vibrational Energy Treatments. Through Reiki, Guided Light Touch, Soothing Sounds and Guided Meditation journeys, Unity assists her clients in restoring their energy centres (mind, body, emotion and spirit). Benefits of the treatment can include the release of tension and stress, an increase in relaxation and flow, a decrease in pain and discomfort, and a restoration of balance and energy.

What is an Energy Treatment?
Energy Treatments are an ancient, natural healing modality designed to provide balance and wellbeing to your body, mind, emotions and spirit. The sacred art connects with universal healing energy, balancing the chakras, clearing the aura, and accelerating healing growth and transformation. Everyone can benefit from the experience; whether you are simply looking to try something new or are specifically requiring assistance or comfort from dis-ease, pain, stress, fear, lethargy, insecurity or depression.
Is this like a massage treatment?
Unlike a massage treatment, you will be fully clothed during your experience. It is best to wear loose-fitting, comfortable garments for your treatment. However, similar to a massage experience you will be laying down on a massage table, a blanket may be draped over you, and a gentle 'laying of' hands will be applied to specific energy points. In the background, a relaxing soundscape will be created to add to your experience.
How does it work? Why does it work?
Everything in the Universe is composed of energy and every day energy is exchanged. You receive and send out energy from the food you eat, the actions you take, the words you send forth, the intentions you have, the people you are around, and the electromagnetic fields in your environment (eg. tv, cellphones, radio towers). An Energy Treatment offers your energetic being (body, mind, emotion, spirit) healing relaxation by connecting to your energetic centres (chakras) and promoting health, wellness and balance to those areas.
What can I expect during my Energy Treatment?
Before you begin your Energy Treatment, we will discuss a variety of ways that you may receive healing and balance for your body, mind, emotions and spirit. You may choose to enjoy a personalized Guided Meditation for your journey, designed to invoke inner peace and relaxation. You'll notice that everything you're receiving is designed specifically for you. As you relax on the massage table, I will incorporate sacred blessings, reiki and light touch to encourage soothing balance and revitalization, and I may choose calming soundscapes or musical instruments to be incorporated into your custom experience.
At your request, sacred grids and crystals may also be added to deeply empower and further activate your chakras and energy system. During and after your session, you may notice feelings of soothing warmth and deep peace, both signals of the gentle healing process that has begun. You may also receive soft visualizations with information to guide you on your journey. You will be encouraged to drink plenty of water to continue healing, releasing and detoxifying your natural system. You will also be provided with a series of energy exercises that you may use on a day-to-day basis or as you see fit.
If you have any specific intentions or ailments you'd like us to focus on, we may do so at your request. After your Energy Treatment, we will carefully go over the experience to ensure understanding of the energy processes are obtained and any questions you may have are answered to your fullest satisfaction.
